We really enjoyed our stay at Ramada By Wyndham Liverpool Syracuse. the location was excellent, making it easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. It was also conveniently close to Mai Thai Cuisine, where we dined a couple of times.

welcoming and polite staff plus the breakfast was free. the location was great and unbeatable: a market and shopping centres were within walking distance.

Hotel was stunningly beautiful and absolutely great and I enjoyed the food there, it was delicious. The place had a family atmosphere. I ate at a pleasant restaurant for lunch. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The private parking was on site, exceptional service.

The room was very outdated, for me personally.

The location was unbeatable, conveniently close to the airport, Carousel Center shopping mall, and a fitness center. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. In the evening, we had a fantastic meal at Qualia Pizza, which is also nearby.

the room definitely was not worth $200.00 a night I would expect a lot more like a Marriott. It needs to be redone the lobby the halls in general it has an old beat feeling no atmosphere i used to live in Syracuse and it was quite the place at one time for weddings,new years etc

I like the location and the representative that checked me in she was awesome.

Just one staff member working the front desk on the morning of October 11th, was rude to my husband because he had a thick French accent. He asked a question about breakfast and the front desk agent ignored him. He waited in line for 5 minutes or more to be ignored. The other young lady working the front desk had a client, but assisted him once she was done. The rude agent wasn't assisting anyone but made him wait.

I enjoyed my stay in the king room, which came with a microwave and refrigerator. the work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and TV were all great amenities. the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, providing helpful suggestions for local attractions.

Bed was excellent

no breakfast orange juice over priced.

This hotel is in a great location, just a quick 5-minute walk to Waves Indoor Waterpark, and it offers functional and impressive amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The location was comfortable, perfect for nearby attractions, and the room had useful amenities.

The hotel was clean and staff were all welcoming and exceptional. The location was marvellous, relatively near a waterside park. The restaurant was nice and reasonably priced, for lunch. The service was excellent, that made the venue great place. Offered a shuttle to airport.

I had a wonderful stay for one night. The staff were welcoming, as I could only expect. I thoroughly enjoyed the impressive room with a refrigerator, microwave, and TV. The location was great and perfect, not too far from a waterside park. It had a nice restaurant for lunch. Everything was simply great.

The room I got was really nice, all new and had a microwave 🍿 and a TV in it.
